TrueNorth Announces New CFO to Drive Next Wave of FinTech Growth

San Francisco – True North, a global leader in financial technology solutions, is pleased to announce Patrick Boyce as Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience and leadership in the financial services sector to True North.

Patrick Boyce’s addition to the True North executive team will continue to strengthen True North’s mission of driving innovative FinTech solutions forward for their customers.

In his new role as CFO, Patrick will combine his corporate leadership experience and passion for finance to move the dial forward for True North’s current and future customers. As a seasoned financial executive, he is poised to drive True North’s FinTech solutions to help real companies solve real-world business problems.

Patrick joins True North from Hoʻōla Nā Pua, a Hawaii based non-profit, where he provided financial leadership as Treasurer. He has served on a variety of company boards with a special focus in healthcare and education.

Our 2019 plan is aggressive and we were looking for someone who could come in and take us to the next level.”

In his most recent role in the financial services space, Patrick served as a Partner to Highland Capital Management, L.P. in Dallas, TX, a leading alternative asset manager. During his career at Highland, he served in multiple firm-wide operating and investing roles including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Private Equity. Prior to joining Highland, Patrick worked as an investment banker for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he had corporate finance responsibilities in both the Los Angeles and Dallas offices.

Patrick earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a BBA in Finance from Baylor University where he was a Teagle Scholar and an NCAA student-athlete golfer. In addition, he has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
